Greenfield property and HR platforms modernizing real-estate operations, personnel workflows, and training across web, iOS, and Android.

**Challenge:** Replacing a basic single-role system and manual processes with modern web and mobile workflows for property and personnel operations.

**Solution:** Designed the mobile foundation from scratch, led delivery of complex property workflows, and reused the core architecture to accelerate the second HRM application. On the Next.js web side, contributed to estimation and solution consulting.

**Impact:** Shipped two production mobile applications on iOS and Android, followed by ongoing maintenance and improvement. (2 production applications; iOS + Android mobile delivery; 3 mobile engineers)

**Technical decisions:**

- Runtime permission foundation: Unified role-based access behind shared hooks so every screen reads permissions the same way.
- Multi-step data controller: Centralized state and validation for multi-step property registration, keeping complex forms consistent and easy to extend.

Maintained an Australian healthcare platform across React and React Native, focusing on shared web networking and WebView integration.

**Challenge:** Maintaining a production healthcare platform whose web API calls were scattered across features and whose mobile app reused web workflows through WebView.

**Solution:** Centralized web networking with a shared network client, interceptors, a service layer, standardized responses, and common error handling. Also maintained token injection and event handling between React Native and WebView.

**Impact:** Centralizing the network layer made ongoing maintenance easier and reduced regressions when adding or updating web features.

Multi-role e-wallet app with location features, SMS consent native module, and offline SQLite storage.

**Challenge:** Building a multi-role e-wallet that stays reliable for users in areas with poor or intermittent connectivity.

**Solution:** Implemented an offline-first architecture with OP-SQLite local storage, Mapbox location services, and a custom native module for SMS consent.

**Impact:** Delivered offline-first e-wallet serving Australian and Vietnamese markets on both platforms (Offline-first architecture; iOS + Android store releases)

- Offline-first storage with OP-SQLite: Persisted core wallet data locally so key flows stay usable without a stable connection, instead of failing on every dropped request.
- MobX for multi-role state: Modeled the app's multiple user roles with MobX stores, keeping role-specific screens and permissions predictable from a single reactive source.
- Custom SMS consent native module: Bridged platform SMS consent APIs into React Native for message-based verification without requesting broad SMS permissions.

**Challenge:** Delivering both an admin web dashboard and a cross-platform mobile app for salon operations with a small team.

**Solution:** Built the dashboard with React JS and the mobile app with React Native, sharing state-management patterns and conventions across both codebases.

**Impact:** Shipped full-stack salon management system with admin dashboard and cross-platform mobile app (Web + iOS + Android delivered)

**Technical decisions:**

- Shared state patterns across platforms: Reused the same Redux and MobX state-management patterns between the React dashboard and React Native app, so the team could move between codebases without relearning conventions.
- Dedicated admin dashboard: Kept back-office salon operations in a separate React JS dashboard rather than overloading the mobile app, letting each surface stay focused on its users.

**Challenge:** Bank sales reps needed one internal tool to manage multi-step loan applications and track performance, with fast iteration on business rules.

**Solution:** Built with Redux-Saga for complex async loan flows, React Hook Form for multi-step forms, and Codepush for over-the-air releases.

**Impact:** Enabled VPBank sales reps to manage loan applications end to end, with fixes shipped over the air via Codepush (OTA release cycle; iOS + Android internal rollout)

**Technical decisions:**

- Redux-Saga for loan workflows: Handled long-running, multi-step loan application flows with sagas, keeping complex async sequencing testable and out of UI components.
- React Hook Form for multi-step forms: Built the data-heavy application forms on React Hook Form to keep large forms performant and validation consistent across steps.
- Codepush OTA updates: Shipped fixes and rule changes to sales reps over the air, avoiding full store review cycles for an internal tool that changed often.

**Challenge:** Building end-user and agent eWallet apps for Viettel's international markets that had to stay reliable and updatable across regions.

**Solution:** Shipped with Codepush for over-the-air updates and Formik for consistent form validation across the wallet's transactional flows.

**Impact:** Contributed to end-user and agent eWallet apps for Viettel's international markets (3 eWallet apps; End-user + agent app types)

- Codepush release channel: Delivered over-the-air updates so fixes reached users in every market without waiting on store review in each region.
- Formik-driven forms: Standardized the wallet's transactional forms on Formik for consistent validation and error handling across flows.
