The Problem
Replacing a basic single-role system and manual processes with modern web and mobile workflows for property and personnel operations.
The Solution
Designed the mobile foundation from scratch, led delivery of complex property workflows, and reused the core architecture to accelerate the second HRM application. On the Next.js web side, contributed to estimation and solution consulting.
